Introduction to Cap Table 

A capitalization table, or Cap Table, summarizes the equity capitalization for your company. This table provides a detailed breakdown of a company’s equity ownership and captures instruments such as common shares, preferred shares, warrants, convertible notes etc.

The Qapita cap table helps organisations view various details on the cap table.

  1. The number of stakeholders in the company with details.
  2. Viewing the shareholdings across all the security classes.
  3. Viewing the country and nationality.
  4. Viewing the transaction dates and transaction tags.
  5. Knowing the fully diluted shares of your company.
  6. The total amount invested in your company.

Qapita allows you to view the cap table in different ways:

  1. By Stakeholder - Details related to the stakeholders with their equity stake
  2. By Security Class - List capital raised by security class, such as ordinary shares or convertible notes, or warrants.
  3. As on date - Choose to see cap table on a specific date or as on the selected share class.

We can download the cap table and export to excel and other security class reports from the download dropdown.
