Download a Transaction

Qapita allows you to download transaction data under any tab for offline access or record-keeping.

To download transactions:

Step 1: Navigate to the Transactions section and open the relevant tab where your data is listed.

Step 2: Click the download icon (or ⋮ depending on the interface) at the top of the list.

Step 3: The transactions will be downloaded automatically as an Excel file (.xlsx) to your device.

Note: You can filter transactions by stakeholder, date, or type before downloading, to get exactly what you need.
