Awards Acceptance Status

The Awards Acceptance Status report provides details of grants accepted by stakeholders.

Using this report, you can view:

• Status of option award accepted
• Details by one or multiple award plans
• Status of grants

To generate the Awards Acceptance Status Report:

1. Click Reports in the left menu. By default, all standard reports available in Qapita are displayed.

2. Click Generate Report against Awards Acceptance Report.

You can filter the report by selecting an Award Plan, Grant Acceptance Status, and specific Stakeholder(s) using the available dropdowns.

3. Click Stakeholder to select one or more employees.

4. Click Award Plan to select one or more plans.

5. Click on Grant Acceptance Status to choose from the following options: Grants Accepted, Pending Acceptance, Rejected, and Pending Approval.

6. Click Export to excel to get the report in excel format.
