Cancellation Report
The Cancellation report provides details of grants cancelled for Stakeholders.
Using this report, you can view:
- Status of option awards cancelled
- Details by one or multiple award plans
To generate the Cancellation Report:
1. Click Reports on the left menu. By default, all standard reports available in Qapita are displayed.
2. Click Generate Report against Cancellation Report.
The Option Award Cancellation Report allows you to filter data between a From Date and To Date and further refine results by selecting an Award Plan and specific Stakeholder(s).
3. Click to change the From date of the Report. By default, the report is generated from 01.01.2000.
4. Click Award Plan to select one or more plans.
5. Click Stakeholder to select one or more employees
6. Click Export to excel to get the report in excel format.
