Add Nominee Details from the Employee Dashboard
Qapita empowers employers to configure nominee details for their employees. This enables the nomination of a trusted individual to receive payments on behalf of the employee’s legal heirs in the unfortunate event of death.
If you've been added to Qapita by your employer, you will receive an invitation email. Follow the steps below to sign in and add your nominee information.
Step 1: Accept Your Invitation
Open the invitation email sent from Qapita and click on “Accept Invite” to begin account setup.
Step 2: Sign Up into Qapita
Complete the sign-up process by providing the required information to activate your Qapita account.
Step 3: Access Your Profile
After signing in, click the dropdown menu located next to your name in the top-right corner and select “My Profile.”
Step 4: Open the Nominee Details Section
In your profile view, go to the Nominee Details page and click on the “Add” button to begin entering nominee information.
Step 5: Enter Nominee Details
A pop-up form will appear. Fill in the required fields:
- Nominee Name
- Date of Birth
- Relationship
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Full Postal Address
- Aadhar Number
- Permanent Account Number
- Percentage of Share
Once completed, click on “Update Nominee” to save the information to your account.
Step 6: Edit Nominee Details (if needed)
To make changes to your saved nominee details, simply click the Edit icon next to the nominee entry in your profile.
