Transactions Report


The Transactions Summary Report offers a comprehensive view of all stakeholder-related activities—organized by security class and transaction type. It’s designed to help you track, audit, and analyze equity-related movements across the organization.

With this report, you can view:

  • The status of option award transactions, filtered employee-wise
  • A summary of each security class
  • The status of individual transaction types (e.g., grants, issuances, buybacks)


How to Generate the Transactions Report


Step 1: Open the Reports Section

Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Reports. By default, all standard reports available in Qapita will be listed.



Step 2: Locate and Generate the Report

Find the Transactions Report in the list and click Generate Report to begin.




Step 3: Set the Date Range

Use the calendar to define your From Date and To Date for the report.


Note: By default, the report is generated for the current date.


Step 4: Choose Stakeholders

Click Stakeholder to select one or more employees whose transaction records you want to view.


Step 5: Filter by Security Class

Use the Security Class dropdown to filter transactions by one or more specific classes (e.g., Common Shares, Preferred Shares).


Step 6: Select Transaction Type

Click Transaction Type to choose the specific equity event types you want to report on—such as Share Issuance, Share Buyback, or Warrant Issuance.


Step 7: Export Your Report

Once filters are set, click Export to Excel to download the report in spreadsheet format.
