Lapse Report

The Lapse report provides details of grants that lapsed because stakeholders did not exercise their options before the exercise period.

Using this report, you can view:

• Status of option awards lapsed
• Details by one or multiple award plans

To generate the Lapse Report:

1. Click Reports on the left menu. By default, all standard reports available in Qapita are displayed. 

2. Click Generate Report against Lapse Report.

The Lapse Report lets you filter data within a specified From Date and To Date and refine the results by selecting an Award Plan and specific Stakeholder(s).

3. Click   to change the from date of the Report. By default, the report is generated from 01.01.2000.

4. Click Award Plan to select one or more plans.

5. Click Stakeholder to select one or more employees 

6. Click Export to excel to get the report in excel format.
