Managing Templates in Qapita

Use the Templates section in Qapita to create standard formats for grant letters (with vesting schedules) and share certificates.


Steps to Create a Template in Qapita:


Step 1: Create the draft document in Microsoft Word.

Step 2: Upload the document to Qapita:
– Click Settings in the left menu.
– Navigate to Templates.

Step 3: Open the uploaded document in the document editor and add the required fields.

Step 4: Add supporting components such as:
– Vesting table
– Approver list
– Any additional necessary sections

Step 5: Preview the template to ensure formatting and content are correct.

Step 6: Save the template.

To View Templates in Qapita: Click Settings in the left-hand menu and select Templates to see all available templates.
