Adding an Institutional Stakeholder
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to add a new institutional stakeholder within the Qapita platform.
To add an institutional stakeholder:
- Access the Stakeholder page by clicking Stakeholders in the menu on the left.
- Click Add New Stakeholder. The Add Stakeholder screen will be displayed.
- Select Institution in the Stakeholder Type dropdown.
- Under Personal Details, enter the following information:
- Enter the Legal Name, Primary Contact First Name, and Primary Contact Last Name of the institution. These are mandatory fields.
- Enter the Email address, NRIC, and PAN Number of the primary contact.
- Under Address, enter Address Line 1, Address Line 2, Address Line 3, City, State, Country, and Zip.
- Use Additional Fields to add any extra information configured for stakeholders.
- You can upload any Documentsrelevant to the institutional stakeholder:
- To do this, click Choose File.
- Click Save to add the document after selecting it.
- Finally, click Save to complete the process of adding the institutional stakeholder.
