Introduction to Stakeholders 

Stakeholders are individuals or organizations that have a ‘stake’ in your company. Typically, stakeholders can be the company's owners, shareholders, or employees.

In Qapita, you have the flexibility to add, delete, and edit stakeholders to accurately reflect changes within your company's structure.

Accessing the Stakeholder Page

You can easily access the Stakeholder page by clicking on Stakeholders in the main menu located on the left side of your Qapita dashboard.

Overview of the Main Stakeholder Screen

Here is a detailed description of the key fields you will find on the main Stakeholder screen, providing a comprehensive view of your company's stakeholders:

Field

Description

Number of Stakeholders

Displays the classification of current stakeholders into Employees, Individual Investors, and Institutional investors.

You can view the details of each type of stakeholder by clicking the Stakeholder name.

Stakeholder

Lists the legal name of the stakeholder as registered on Qapita.

Stakeholder Email

Lists the email address of the stakeholder as registered on Qapita.

Stakeholder Type

Lists the type of stakeholder it is. A stakeholder can be an individual or institution.

Status

Displays status of individual stakeholder, and if they active or inactive. Inactive indicates that the employee has resigned from the company.

Menu option

Displays more options available:

  • View Stakeholder
  • Edit Stakeholder
  • Delete Stakeholder
  • Mark Separation

Add New Stakeholder

Displays the screen to add new stakeholders.

Download

Allows you to download the stakeholder details as an Excel sheet.
