Configure Stakeholders Form
As an administrator, you have the flexibility to customize the information displayed for stakeholders within Qapita. This guide will walk you through adding or editing fields in the Stakeholder form, allowing you to include essential details like address, bank details, and more.
Steps to Configure Stakeholder Information:
- Click Settings > Configurations in the menu on the left.
- Under Stakeholder Settings, click Stakeholder Configurations. The Stakeholder Form is displayed.
- By default, Qapita provides essential fields such as demat, personal, address, and bank details. Some of these fields are already pre-selected, indicating their presence in the Stakeholder form.
- To enable an existing field, simply click its corresponding checkbox.
Qapita allows you to add custom fields of four different types. To add a custom field, select the desired type under Add Custom Input Fields:
To add a Text Field:
- Click the Text Field checkbox.
- Enter the desired name for the field in Title of the field.
- Click Add New. The field will be added to the Fields list.
To add a Number Field:
- Click the Number Field checkbox.
- Enter the desired name for the field in Title of the field.
- Click Add New. The field will be added to the Fields list.
To add a Date Field:
- Click the Date Field checkbox.
- Enter the desired name for the field in Title of the field.
- Click Add New. The field will be added to the Fields list.
To add a Dropdown Field:
- Click the Dropdown Field checkbox.
- Enter the desired name for the field in Title of the field.
- Type an option for the dropdown in the Add option field. You can add multiple options by clicking the + next to the field.
- Click Add New. The field will be added to the Fields list.
- Click Save Custom Fields to save any newly created fields.
- Click Update to save all changes made to the Stakeholder Configurations.
Tip: Regularly review your stakeholder form configurations to ensure all necessary information is being captured efficiently for your organizational needs.
