Editing Stakeholder Details

  • Access the Stakeholder Page: Begin by navigating to the "Stakeholders" section. You can find this option conveniently located in the menu on the left side of your Qapita dashboard. Click on it to open the comprehensive list of all your registered stakeholders.

  • Select and Edit Stakeholder: Once on the Stakeholder page, browse through the list to locate the specific stakeholder whose details you wish to modify. Click on the stakeholder's entry. A contextual menu will appear; from this menu, select "Edit Stakeholder." This action will immediately open the "Edit Stakeholder" screen, pre-populated with their current information.
  • Make Changes and Save: On the "Edit Stakeholder" screen, you can now freely make all necessary adjustments to the stakeholder's information. This includes updating contact details, allocation specifics, or any other relevant data. After ensuring all modifications are accurate, click the "Save" button to finalize your changes and update the stakeholder's profile.

Tip: Always double-check the updated information before saving to ensure accuracy and prevent errors. Your changes will be reflected instantly across the platform once saved.
