Horizontal Vestwise Report

The Horizontal Vestwise report provides a detailed status of all grants according to their vesting status in a horizontal format.

Using this report, you can view:

• Status of option awards, Share Awards and SARs
• One or multiple award plans
• Status of grants

To generate the Vestwise Report:

1. Click Reports in the left menu. By default, all standard reports available in Qapita are displayed. 

2. Click Generate Report against Horizontal Vest-wise Report.

The Horizontal Vest-wise Report displays vesting details in a horizontal format, allowing you to filter by Award Plan, Grant Status, Awardee Status, and specific Stakeholder(s) to view how grants are vesting across different time periods.

The Horizontal Vest Wise Report requires an as on Date and allows you to filter data by Award Plan, Grant Status, Awardee Status, and Stakeholder(s) using dropdown menus.

3. Select As on date of the Report. By default, the report is generated for the current date.

4. Click Stakeholder to select one or more employees. 

5. Click Award Plan to select one or more plans. 

6. Click Grant Status to view grants by their status. 

7. Click Awardee Status to select between active and inactive employees. 

8. Click Export to excel to get the report in excel format.
