How To Login to the Portal

1. Register Your Account on Qapita

To access the Qapita platform and its features, you first need to register your account. Please follow the instructions provided in your invitation email.

1. Check Your Email: Look for an invitation email from Qapita or your company administrator. This email will contain a unique registration link.
2. Accept Invite: Click on the accept invite button in the email. This will direct you to the Qapita account registration page.
3. Complete Registration Details: On the registration page, you will be prompted to set up your password and remember those for future logins.
4. Confirm Your Account: After submitting your details, you may receive a confirmation email. Follow any additional instructions in this email to activate your account.
5. Contact Support (If Needed): If you have not received an invitation, or if you encounter any issues during the registration process, please reach out to your company's administrator or the Qapita support team at support@qapita.com for assistance.

2. How To Login to the Qapita Portal

Once your account is registered, you can easily log into the Qapita portal to manage your equity, cap table, and other related activities.

To log into Qapita:

1. Navigate to the Login Page: Open your internet browser and navigate to the official Qapita login page: https://auth.qapitacorp.com/account/login.

    2. Enter Your Email Address: In the designated field, type your registered Email Address. This is the email you used during the account registration process.

   3. Enter Your Password: Type the Password associated with your Qapita account.

   4. Click Login: After entering your credentials, click the "Login" button to access your Qapita dashboard.

3.If you forgot your password to log into Qapita:

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. You can easily reset it by following these steps:

1. Go to the Login Page: Navigate to https://auth.qapitacorp.com/account/login in your internet browser.
2. Click 'Forgot Password': On the sign-in page, locate and click the "Forgot Password" link, usually found below the login button.
3. Enter Your Email for Reset: You will be directed to the "Reset your password" page. Type your user account's verified email address into the provided field.
4. Send Password Reset Email: Click the "Send password reset email" button.
5. Check Your Email and Reset: You will receive an email from Qapita containing a link to reset your password. Open this email and follow the prompts to complete the password reset process. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Important Note: For security reasons, never share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please change your password immediately and contact Qapita support.
