Detailed Employee wise Report

Detailed Employee-wise Report provides a comprehensive breakdown of award-related data for each employee, including grant details, vesting, exercises, and other relevant actions or statuses. 

Using this report, you can view:

  • Individual
  • Individual employee grant details
  • Cumulative summary of granted, vested, and unvested units' employee-wise
  • Award plan information 
  • Overall equity related activity for each employee

To generate the Vest wise Report:

1. Click Reports on the left menu. By default, all standard reports available in Qapita are displayed.

2. Click Generate Report against Detailed Employee-wise Report.

The Detailed Employee-wise Report allows you to filter data by Award Plan, Grant Status, Awardee Status, and specific Stakeholder(s), and provides a detailed view of each employee's grant details, including cumulative granted, vested, and unvested units.

3. The Vest Wise Report requires an As on Date and allows you to filter data by Award Plan, Grant Status, Awardee Status, and Stakeholder(s) using dropdown menus.

4. Select As on date of the Report. By default, the report is generated for the current date.

5. Click Stakeholder to select one or more employees. 

6. Click Award Plan to select one or more plans. 

7. Click Grant Status to view grants by their status.

8. Click Awardee Status to select between active and inactive employees.

9. Click Export to excel to get the report in excel format.
