Vest-wise Report (Share Awards)

The Vest-wise Report offers a detailed snapshot of all share award grants, neatly categorized by their vesting status. It’s an essential tool for tracking the lifecycle of grants and understanding how your awards are progressing over time.

With this report, you can view:

• The current status of share awards
• Data across one or multiple award plans
• Detailed grant statuses

How to Generate the Vest-wise Report

Step 1: Open the Reports Section

Click Reports from the left-hand menu. You’ll see a list of all standard reports available in Qapita by default.

Step 2: Locate and Generate the Report

Find “Share Awards Vest-wise Report” in the list and click Generate Report.

Step 3: Choose an 'As On' Date

Select the As On Date for which you want to generate the report. By default, it’s set to the current date.

Step 4: Select Stakeholders

Click Stakeholder to choose one or more employees you'd like to include in the report.

Step 5: Select Award Plan

Choose one or more award plans to filter the data accordingly.

Step 6: Filter by Grant Status

Click Grant Status to view awards based on their current status (e.g., vested, unvested).

Step 7: Set Awardee Status

Choose whether to include active, inactive, or both categories of awardees.

Step 8: Export Your Report

Click Export to Excel to download the report in a spreadsheet format for further analysis or sharing.
