2.3 Reporting

Cap Table Summary Report - allows you to download the columns you've added, making it easy to reference in an Excel sheet.

Step 1: Choose the Security Class Wise Report if you want a cap table organized by the number of funding rounds and grouped by share classes.

Step 2: Navigate to the cap table export section to explore multiple variations of cap table reports available for download.

Step 3: Select all the desired reports and then click on Export.

Step 4: The summary provides details at the share class level, such as the number of shares held by each stock class, whether common or preferred. Scroll down to view different share classes that the company has raised funds through. 

Step 5: The Intermediate report, which is suitable for common and preferred shareholders but excludes stock option holders.

Step 6: Choose the Detailed Cap Table to include employees who hold stock options. In this report, check the 'P' column to identify employees with stock options and the 'Q' column to see the number of stock options each employee holds.

Things to Note

Ensure to prepare the share certificate template before issuing the transactions. The shareholder will automatically be notified once the signatory signs the certificate.
