Vest-wise Report (SARs Awards)

The Vest-wise Report for SARs (Stock Appreciation Rights) offers a detailed overview of all grants, categorized by their vesting status. It’s your go-to tool for monitoring the progression of awards and understanding how each grant is tracking toward vesting.

With this report, you can view:

• The current status of SARs Awards
• Data from one or multiple award plans
• The status of grants across employees

How to Generate the Vest-wise Report

Step 1: Access the Reports Panel

Navigate to the left-hand menu and click on Reports. A full list of standard reports available in Qapita will be displayed.

Step 2: Locate the SARs Vest-wise Report

Find the “Share Awards Vest-wise Report” in the list and click Generate Report.

Step 3: Set the 'As On' Date

Choose the effective date for the report using the As On Date filter.

Tip: By default, this is set to today’s date.

Step 4: Choose Stakeholders

Select one or more employees from the Stakeholder dropdown to include in the report.

Step 5: Select the Award Plan

Filter the data further by choosing one or multiple Award Plans applicable to the SARs.

Step 6: Filter by Grant Status

Click on Grant Status to refine the report based on the current status of the grants (e.g., vested, unvested, lapsed).

Step 7: Set Awardee Status

Choose whether to include active, inactive, or both sets of awardees.

Step 8: Export Your Report

Once all filters are in place, click Export to Excel to download and analyze the report in spreadsheet format.
