What are the different roles on Qapita?

Administrator	Users with this role have full control over the platform, including defining share classes, modifying the cap table, granting equity awards, inviting users, and configuring product workflows and settings.
Investor	This role provides access to selected cap table activities, the equity awards module, scenarios, and the data room.
Employee	This role allows view and download access to cap table activities, equity awards, and the data room, including options, shares, and SARs.
Advisor	This role allows view and download access to cap table activities, equity awards, scenarios, and the data room, including options, shares, and SARs
Board Director	Users with this role can review and electronically sign board consents assigned to them.
Custom Roles	Administrators can create and assign custom roles with tailored permissions based on specific access requirements.

Cap table access and view levels

Cap table visibility is controlled independently of the role and can be configured by administrators using the following view levels:

No access
Individual view
Summary view
Detailed view

Note: Not all view levels are supported for every role. For example, employees cannot be granted summary or detailed cap table access.

Access settings can be updated at any time from within the platform. Administrators can change a user’s cap table view as roles or requirements evolve.
